Now that the move is over, and the conventions for me, I wonder if we are ready to start planning for the reunion. Many of us, myself included, will want to have fixed some plans by the end of the year so we can tell our Boss.
I suggest we need to cover at least these basics.
a) Options for accomadations
b) Activities Agenda
c) Food plans
d) Decorations?

The timing is already fixed. I'll leave it to you to lookup the exact dates, but it's the weekend of M&D's 40th.
As for accomodations, I think people can take care of themselves. Even if we were able to arrange a group discount somewhere, the needs and preferences of the potential guest list are too varied to find a place satisfactory to all, or even most.
The festivities should center around The Triple Two, with a minimum of off-site, large group excursions.
We should do some slide shows, home movies, and picture-sharing. It might be a lot of fun to do some scrap-booking, too. It would be wonderful if everyone had something to take home with them from the event.
We should leave people on their own for breakfasts, make lunches, and bring in dinners.
